Questions homeowners ask
Is it free?
Yes, always, for homeowners. Contractors can pay us to do their marketing, but never per lead.
Who sees my details?
Only the contractor you choose. If you send a quote request, it goes to that one business and nobody else. We never sell your details.
What does Verified mean?
We've seen the contractor's business licence, WorkSafeBC clearance letter and liability insurance certificate. It isn't a recommendation of their work: check photos, ask questions and get a written quote.
How do you decide who's listed?
We started with the business licence records of Surrey and Langley and have added most other Lower Mainland cities' since. Any outdoor business in the Lower Mainland can add itself free. Owners can claim their listing to add photos and details.
I'm not in Surrey or Langley. Can I still use it?
Yes. Pick your area, like White Rock, Delta or Abbotsford, and you'll see the contractors who serve it, plus the closest ones nearby.
Why are some contractors at the top?
Featured contractors pay for a plan that includes a Featured spot. They take turns in the top spots, and everyone else follows A to Z.
